This folder contains material pertaining to speeches given by Bernard Boutin from January to June 1963. There are drafts and edited versions of some speeches in addition to the final copies. The file includes correspondence, programs, agendas, and other printed material related to events at which Boutin spoke. Notable events include a commencement address at Boutin's alma mater, Saint Michael's College; the 1963 Washington Conference of the Association of State Planning and Development Agencies; a meeting of the Washington, D.C., Chapter of the American Society of Military Comptrollers; the swearing-in of Marie T. Horan as the General Services Administration's first female area manager; and the Mid-Winter Conference of the New Hampshire Federation of Women's Clubs.
