This folder contains summaries of meetings with President John F. Kennedy discussing relations with Pakistan and a trip by Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs George Ball, Portuguese territories in Africa, and an upcoming trip by Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Maxwell Taylor to South Vietnam.
