Folder Description
This folder contains handwritten notes and doodles by John F. Kennedy that were collected and transcribed by his secretary, Evelyn Lincoln. Materials consist of notes taken by the President to a rally in New York City in support of his medical care for the aged program, notes written to Senator William Fulbright, notes written prior to a Cabinet meeting, notes written during a Cabinet meeting, reminder notes written for his remarks to the White House Conference on Conservation at the State Department, a response letter to Arthur Krock, various reminder notes, notes written during an appointment with Yugoslav State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Koca Popovic, notes written prior to his speech upon receiving the report of the President’s Committee on Juvenile Delinquency and Youth Crime, and two sets of notes taken during an off the record meeting regarding the Alliance for Progress.
