This folder contains a copy and a draft of Senator John F. Kennedy's speech given at a Chamber of Commerce dinner in Lynchburg, Virginia. In his speech the Senator discusses a need for assistance at the local, state, and Federal levels to end labor racketeering and ensure fair labor standards and practices; and United States foreign policy in the Middle East. The draft contains notations by Senator Kennedy.
